The relationship between SI SUBVENCIONES and the User shall be governed by current Spanish law and shall be subject to the competent Spanish courts and tribunals to resolve any disputes arising therefrom. SI SUBVENCIONES expressly declines to submit to arbitration boards or any other arbitration proceedings.
