ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
ELIGIBLE AREAS OF ACTION
- Digitalization and Business Innovation Division:
It supports projects to modernize the retail environment and digitize the point of sale. These include:
- Websites (with or without online sales) that meet the requirements of Annex IV.
- Technological equipment: POS terminals, tablets, 1D/2D thermal printers, digital scales.
- Management software (sales, logistics, billing, inventory, RFID, etc.).
- Digital strategies: SEO, SEM, ADS, and e-commerce logistics (as per Annex IV).
- Social media management (as per Annex IV) and digital branding.
- Electronic pricing on store shelves.
- Click-and-collect systems and digital lockers.
- Self-checkout terminals.
- Cybersecurity solutions.
- Virtual assistants and interactive chatbots.
- Mobile apps (m-commerce).
- Immersive Experiences: Virtual and Augmented Reality.
- Interactive digital displays and storefronts.
2. Commercial Modernization Initiative:
It promotes the renovation of commercial spaces and the improvement of the establishment's image. It includes:
- Renovation work to refurbish the exhibition and sales area.
- Exclusive display and auxiliary furniture for the sales area.
- Interior design and decoration projects, including professional fees.
- Installation of automatic doors with proximity sensors.
- Energy-efficient systems: Lighting with motion sensors and energy-efficient climate control.
- Facade improvements: Thermal and acoustic insulation; installation of awnings and signs.
- Commercial and artisanal equipment acquired as owned assets and for first-time use, including machinery and tools necessary for the business.
3. Environmental Sustainability Initiative:
It promotes waste reduction and the adoption of sustainable packaging.
- Eligible products:
- Boxes and envelopes made from 100% recycled cardboard.
- Tracing paper and eco-friendly packaging fillers.
- Paper, cotton, linen, or hemp bags (100% recycled or natural)

BENEFICIARIES
Individuals, legal entities, and communities of property are eligible for this assistance
and any other economic unit or separate estate without legal personality,
provided that they are legally incorporated and meet the following requirements:
1. Retailers:
- Have its registered office and conduct its business operations in Galicia, and qualify as an SME.
- Carry out an activity that falls under the IAE categories listed in Annexes II and III, with that activity being the recipient of the grant.
- If the business engages in both eligible and ineligible activities, it must be demonstrated that the primary activity falls under the specified IAE categories
- The exhibition and sales area may not exceed 300 m² (except for IAE 653.1 – Furniture)
2. Artisan Workshops:
- Be registered in the General Registry of Crafts of Galicia.
- New workshops may apply for inclusion in this registry before the application deadline.
Exclusions: The following individuals or entities are not eligible to receive benefits:
- Companies in financial distress as defined in Article 2.18 of Regulation (EC) No. 651/2014 of June 17, 2014.
- Recipients of CO300C funding in 2024 for the same project, except for artisan workshops or projects that cannot be preserved due to their nature.
