CT207E – Promotion of Galician Audiovisual Talent 2025/26
PURPOSE
- To support Galician-produced audiovisual projects in their early stages.
- Support new, original ideas with cultural or artistic potential.
- To give visibility to creators who do not yet have an extensive professional track record.
AMOUNT OF THE GRANT
- Total budget for 2025 (as per the resolution): approximately €300,000 to be distributed among selected projects.
- Project grant: typically covers up to 80% of the submitted budget, with an individual maximum amount set by the call for proposals (approximately between €6,000 and €20,000 per project; check the Official Gazette for the current year).
- Important: The cap on public aid cannot be exceeded if it is combined with other forms of aid.

BENEFICIARIES
- Individuals (solo creators) and independent production companies based in or regularly operating in Galicia.
- Key requirement: a genuine connection to Galicia—whether through residency, conducting business here, or owning a Galician company
- Companies that are in financial distress, have outstanding public debts, or cannot demonstrate their rights to the project are not eligible to apply.
Formats
The following symptoms may generally occur:
- Short film projects (fiction, documentary, animation).
- Experimental projects or innovative formats (new audiovisual languages, video art).
- Other experimental works by Galician artists.
Recipient's Obligations
- Submit the project electronically.
- Provide receipts and bank statements to support all expenses.
- Include logos and references to the Xunta/AGADIC in the final product and promotional materials.
- Report any significant changes to the project.
