MAXIMUM GRANT: 15,000€
PURPOSE
To position Galician audiovisual and video game products in the global market, facilitate
the participation of Galician films and series in the most important film events, and promote
professional participation in international forums, business events, and training programs.
ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES
1. Category A. Attendance at specialized business forums.
2. Category B. Participation in film events.
• Film festivals and screenings.
• Film award ceremonies.
3. Category C. Participation in training forums.
ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
EXPENSES (CATEGORY A):
• Travel (economy class only).
• Lodging.
• Registration at the forum or trade show.
**(Per diem allowances and travel within the cities where the forum or trade show is held
are not eligible for reimbursement, with the exception of transfers to the airport)
EXPENSES FOR CATEGORY B):
• Expenses for advertising and promotional campaigns (advertising in general-interest and/or specialized media
through online and offline channels).
• Expenses for the production of promotional materials (brochures, posters, press kits, etc.).
• Expenses for hiring public relations firms and professionals, organizing
promotional activities, or press agents to carry out activities related to
participation in events.
• Transportation costs for shipping promotional materials to and from the event.
• Travel, lodging, and per diem expenses for the film crew, for a maximum of
five people.
• Costs for printing and/or subtitling the copies required to participate in each event in accordance with its
regulations.
EXPENSES FOR CATEGORY C):
• Travel (economy class only).
• Lodging.
• Registration at the forum or market.

BENEFICIARIES
Production companies, audiovisual or video game distributors, and directors. For works, a minimum ownership stake of 20% is generally required.

- Thorough documentation of all expenses
- Xunta/AGADIC Acknowledgments and Logos on Materials
- Do not exceed the de minimis limit

- Apply for more than one event without permits
- Exceeding the cumulative de minimis threshold
- Failure to properly document minor expenses

- Don't overload your applications; prioritize quality
- Use materials that can be reused at other events
DEADLINES
APPLICATION PERIOD: From April 7, 2026, to June 1, 2026 (Only one application per event.)
IMPLEMENTATION TIMEFRAME/JUSTIFICATION: Depends on the event schedule (festival, market). Decisions are typically made within 3 months.
TYPE OF SUPPORT: Non-competitive grant (under the de minimis rule ).
