IG240—GRANTS FOR THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES 2025
INVESTMENT: At least 12,000€
PURPOSE
Support the launch of digitization projects aimed at implementing solutions that provide digital support for a company’s processes, as well as projects involving digital interconnection between a Galician company and others, or between two or more Galician companies. These projects may include, among others, distributed manufacturing orders, invoicing systems, or coordination processes between an industry leader and the SMEs that make up its value chain.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
Individual projects:
1. Development of a digital interface for your business interactions, or adoption/implementation of an existing solution for interacting with your customers or suppliers.
2. Artificial intelligence systems, machine learning, and autonomous decision-making; the interconnection of physical and virtual elements; the processing of collected data (business intelligence, big data, and similar technologies); and improvements in cybersecurity.
3. Implementation of systems aimed at digitizing specific processes or comprehensive management (ERP, CRM, and similar systems).
4. Implementation of a system to improve the company’s logistics operations, either partially or comprehensively, in one of the following areas: Digitization and automation; Processes and applications; Virtualization and data analytics.
Group projects:
1. Implementation of a common digital system to improve digital interactions among them.
2. Collective artificial intelligence systems, machine learning, and autonomous decision-making; the interconnection of physical and virtual elements; and the processing of collected data (business intelligence, big data, and similar fields).
3. Implementation of a process digitization or comprehensive management system designed specifically for the field of activity of the companies participating in the collective project.
4. Implementation of a common system to improve logistics operations in the areas of digitization and automation; processes and applications; and virtualization and data analytics
BENEFICIARIES
SMEs and self-employed individuals with a place of business in Galicia
Exclusions:
Companies in the following sectors (according to Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014):
- Fishing and Aquaculture.
- Primary agricultural production (excluding expenses for consulting services).
- Steel, lignite, coal, transportation, and related infrastructure.
- Energy production, storage, transmission, and distribution, and energy infrastructure.
- Broadband (excluding expenses for consulting services).
Companies that:
- Offer services or equipment similar to those for which assistance is being requested.
- They do not have their own legal personality (except for self-employed individuals).
- Whether they are in crisis or have an outstanding recovery order for illegal aid, according to the European Commission.
- Fail to meet the payment deadlines established in Law 3/2004 for grants exceeding €30,000.
DEADLINES
APPLICATION PERIOD: FromJanuary 20, 2025, to February 21, 2025
IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD:Fromthe date of application through June 30, 2026
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 2025: October 31, 2025, for expenses incurred from the date of application through October 31, 2025
2026: June 30, 2026, for all other projects.
TYPE OF SUPPORT: Point-based(individual projects: min. 40 points; group projects: min. 60 points)
