GRANT: 100%, up to €20,000
PURPOSE
To promote the activities of startups based in Galicia or with a place of business in Galicia by subsidizing the expenses and investments incurred from January 1, 2025, through the date of application.
AMOUNTS OF AID
100% subsidy for expenses and investments => Max. of 20,000€ per project
Minimum Investment: 10,000€
ELIGIBLE EXPENSES
New fixed assets: Tangible or intangible assets acquired from unrelated third parties. They must be held for at least 2 years.
Other expenses related to the business: Expenses related to the startup's operations in Galicia. Taxes, interest, fees, and financial expenses are not included.
BENEFICIARIES
Startups based in Galicia or with an office in Galicia, defined under Law 28/2022 as recently established companies (less than 5 years old, or 7 years in strategic sectors) with innovative and scalable business models. They must meet one of the following requirements:
Certifications and Accreditations:
i. ENISA Certification (Law 28/2022).
ii. Technology-Based Employment Initiative (EIBT) Certification from the Xunta de Galicia.
iii. EA 0047:2015 certification (innovative SME) or EA 0043:2015 certification (innovative young business).
Participation in Acceleration Programs: Viagalicia, BFAuto, BFAero, BFFood, BFClimatech, Turislab, Galicia Avanza.
Registration and Enrollment: Registry of Innovative SMEs (Ministry of Science and Innovation).
Spin-offs:
i. Certificate issued by the home institution:
ii. Universities.
iii. Vocational Training Centers (FP).
iv. Technology Centers.
Awards and Recognitions: EIBT Designation (Innovative Technology-Based Company)
DEADLINES
APPLICATION PERIOD: FromJanuary 20, 2025, through September 30, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., or until the funding is exhausted.
PROJECT DURATION: From January 1, 2025, through the date of application.
TYPE OF SUPPORT: Ona first-come, first-served basis (complete application)
