TR340E—2026 Incentive Program for IEBTs

PURPOSE

To promote the creation of new technology-based companies (IEBTs) in Galicia. This initiative is aimed at companies that have already been certified as IEBTs and that are incorporated and begin operations within one year of receiving that certification.

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES

1. A. Direct creation of stable jobs

    • Permanent hires between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, including those of project sponsors.
    • People hired: unemployed individuals who are registered as job seekers.
    • At least 25% of the workforce must hold a college degree.
    • Correspondence between degree and professional category.
    • You may request a pay increase if your contract changes from part-time to full-time.

Amount per position created:

 

    • General: 6,000 €
    • Unemployed individuals from priority groups: 8,000 €
    • People with a college degree: 10,000 €
    • Doctors: 12,000 €

Possible increases of +25% (cumulative):

    • Women (if not already included as a core group)
    • A person over the age of 45
    • Rural municipality
    • Returnee or foreign national
    • Trans person
    • Companies organized as cooperatives or worker-owned companies

2. Launch and implementation of the activity:

Assistance to cover initial expenses between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026.

 

Eligible expenses:

 

    • Notary and registration fees
    • Purchase of goods or raw materials
    • Rental of commercial space, machinery, or computer equipment
    • Business Insurance
    • Advertising and Communication (including website and online search engine optimization)
    • Utilities (electricity, internet, etc.)

Amount based on jobs created:

 

    • 1 position: up to 10,000 €
    • 2 positions: up to 18,000 €
    • 3 or more positions: up to 24,000 €
    • +25% if the company is a cooperative or an employee-owned company

3. Work-Life Balance: Support for entrepreneurs who, in addition to starting a business, must care for children or dependents.

Eligible expenses:

 

    • Daycare services or caregivers for children under 12 years of age.
    • Costs of care for people over 70 years of age, those who are dependent (levels I, II, or III), or those with a recognized disability of ≥33%.

Amount:

 

    • 75% of the cost, up to 3,000 € per category (categories are mutually compatible).

4. Support for Management Functions

It promotes the development of business skills and strategic decision-making.

Formats:

 

    • Business management training for entrepreneurs.
    • External consulting services, studies, feasibility studies, or market analyses.

Amount:

    • Option A (training): up to 5,000 €
    • Combined Modalities A + B: up to 10,000 €
    • +25% if the company is a cooperative or an employee-owned company

BENEFICIARIES

Private companies (including self-employed individuals) with their tax address, registered office, and place of business in Galicia, which:

 

    • They must be incorporated and begin operations within a maximum of 1 year from the date of their designation as an IEBT.
    • They must be majority-owned by the individuals who are the project's promoters.
    • Create stable jobs for unemployed people.

Incompatible with the TR341S (self-employment), TR790A (New Opportunity Voucher), and TR802G (promotion of employment in cooperatives and worker-owned companies) programs.

APPLICATION PERIOD: From February 17, 2026, through September 30, 2026

PROJECT DURATION: From October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION: November 30, 2026
