TR357B-C-D IMPLEMENTATION OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, WORKPLACE EQUALITY, AND WORK-LIFE BALANCE 2025
PURPOSE
The purpose of this order is to establish the regulatory framework and to announce, through a competitive application process, grants for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and self-employed individuals with employees in the Autonomous Community of Galicia for the year 2025.
The incentives will be aimed at:
- Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management Systems. (Procedure Code TR357B)
- Promoting workplace equality in companies. (Procedural Code TR357C)
- Implementation of measures to promote shared responsibility and the work-life balance. (Procedural Code TR357D)
This call for proposals aims to promote a more equitable work environment by fostering the integration of policies on equality, work-life balance, and social responsibility within the Galician business community.
AMOUNTS OF AID
- A grant covering 80% of the costs, up to a maximum of 2,000 € per company.
- 30% cap on consulting expenses.
TR357C – Development and Implementation of Equality Plans
Grant 8,000 € per company. from:
- Preliminary assessment of equality:
- Max. 3,000 € (for companies with up to 20 employees).
- Max. 5,000 € (for all other cases).
- Development of the equality plan:
- Max. 1,500 € per company (up to 20 employees).
- or Max. 4,000 € per company (for companies with a larger workforce).
- Implementation of priority measures in the first phase of the plan:
- Max. 1,000 € per company (up to 20 employees).
- Max. 2,000 € per company (for companies with a larger workforce)
- Max. 1,000 € per company (up to 20 employees).
- Hiring of experts in equality (for a minimum of one year).
- Preliminary assessment of equality:
- 2,000 € per job, up to8,000 € per company
- An additional €1,000 if the company has a higher female employment rate than male.
- Budget: 150,000 €
- 8,000 € per company
- An additional €1,000 if the company has a higher female employment rate than male.
- 80% of the cost, up toa maximum of €1,500 per eligible employee and up to €20,000 per company.
- +10% extra if the company's female employment rate is ≥ the male employment rate.
TYPE OF SUPPORT
TR347B – Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Management Systems.
Funding will be provided for the certification, verification, or validation of codes of conduct, norms, or standards related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ensuring compliance with best practices in sustainability, business ethics, and responsible management.

Cost limit:
- Consulting expenses associated with certification may not exceed 30% of the total eligible amount.
TR357C – Development and Implementation of Equality Plans
Companies with a workforce of between 10 and 49 employees.
Funded activities:
- Assessing Equality in the Workplace from a Gender Perspective.
- Design and development of the Equality Plan, including corrective measures based on the prior analysis.
- Implementation of the actions outlined in the Equality Plan during its first year of implementation.
- Hiring of staff specializing in equality (category GC 1 or 2), with:
- Full-time program with a minimum duration of 1 year.
- Bachelor's degree and proven experience and/or knowledge in the field of equality.
Compatibility:
Staff recruitment (section 4) is consistent with the assessment, development, and implementation of the Plan (sections 1, 2, and 3)
Exclusions: Consulting or advisory firms that offer services related to the development and implementation of Equality Plans or training on equality are not eligible for the hiring subsidy (section 4).
TR357D – Implementation of measures to promote shared responsibility and a balance between family, personal, and work life
1. Promotion of Telework (1 employee)
The following individuals are eligible for assistance:
- Companies that enter into a telework agreement with a full-time employee who has been with the company for at least one year, ensuring that the employee will work remotely for a minimum of two years.
- Companies that hire new employees under a telework agreement with a minimum duration of 2 years on a full-time basis.
2. Promoting Flexible Work Schedules (5 employees)
Incentives will be provided to encourage companies to adopt flexible work schedules through internal agreements or collective bargaining agreements.
3. Purchase of Technology Equipment for Remote Work (1 employee)
The following are eligible:
- Companies that have a valid telework agreement in place at the time of application.
- Computers, internet-enabled devices, and peripherals needed for remote work (such as webcams, printers, scanners, and other hardware).
- The goal is to facilitate digitization and the implementation of technological solutions that promote a better work-life balance.
- Companies in the ICT sector will not be eligible to apply for the grant.
- Grants to promote telework and flexible work schedules are not eligible under the same call for proposals
BENEFICIARIES
SMEs, micro-SMEs, and self-employed individuals with employees, provided they have their registered office and place of business in Galicia.
Lines II and III: Companies with business locations in Galicia may also apply for the grant, even if their registered office is outside the region.
Minimum job security rate:
- Applicant entities must maintain an employment stability rate of 50% or higher as of January 1, 2025, and throughout the entire period during which the grant is being implemented.
- Calculation of the rate: Only full-time employees with permanent contracts will be taken into account.
Exclusions: Companies or business groups that have already received this aid in previous calls for proposals for the same lines or sub-lines.
